My partner and I had an amazing stay here. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the location was nice, and also convenient. The food was stellar, and the rooms were great and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a few days to visit our son who is at Queens University. The location was ideal as it was very close to the university and also in walking distance of the city centre. The room was clean, bed comfy, plenty of storage and the bathroom had a excellent shower. The breakfast was great offering cooked and continental options with an excellent coffee machine. We would definitely stay again.

Spent 3 nights here to see a friend and visit Titanic Exhibition. Stayed in Room 401 (see pictures). Excellent room – quiet, clean, near stairs and lift. Fabulous shower (easy to operate) which came with body/shower products. Breakfast was well worth the £12.50 (if you book online) with plenty of choice from cooked, cereals, fruit etc., coffee machine and all buffet so you can eat and have as much coffee as you like. Friendly chef (didn't get his name unfortunately) popped out every so often and was told that if it's not busy you can ask for fried eggs etc. The buffet option was scrambled. Excellent service especially from the very helpful & knowledgeable manager, Rebecca (a real credit to the Accor Ibis portfolio) & a shout out for Saoirse on reception, again very friendly who managed to get my apple laptop connected to the WiFi (something to do with settings). Tony who dealt with electrics was also chatty and good craic. The location was perfect & located very near to the Botanic Gardens & train station, and tbh it's quite easy to walk round most of Belfast centre from the hotel. Even the Titanic Exhibition which was the other end of town only took me 35 mins to walk. Only 2 small gripes. i) WiFi sometimes dropped out ii) Plug sockets - there are none at the side of the bed so if you want to charge your phone and set alarm you might want to think about taking a long lead, although of course without a long lead you'll have to get out of bed to turn it off! (Maybe there are sockets next to the bed in other rooms, but there weren't in 401). All in all a very convenient and pleasant stay at this hotel. Oh yes... the bar stays open until 3am for residents too!

ibis Belfast Queens Qtr provided us one of our best accommodation experiences during our two-week trip around Ireland. Location, rooms and cost were perfect but best of all were the staff who greeted us (there was three of them that afternoon). They were simply exceptional! So genuinely informative, friendly and helpful. Could not thank them enough for making our Belfast stay so memorable!

The room was perfect for my stay in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. What set it apart, was how incredibly friendly and professional the staff was. They provided me with Five Star service, which I don't expect from a Three Star hotel. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Belfast.
